Group Training

Monday 5:30PM-6:15PM

Monday Class- “Happy Mood Workout”- We will be using proven movements, lifts and training that will trigger your brain into feeling happy after the workout and a sense of ease as well,  Perfect for a Monday.

Tuesday  6:00PM-6:45PM

Tuesday- “The Stress Buster Workout”- This workout beats the internal stress out of you through sweat, resilience and focused lifting. This great workout gives clients zero time to worry and stress about anything except the next move in training. If your a stressed individual you will love this class

Wednesday- “Silky and Light”- This workout builds a silky feeling with focus on coordination and becoming smoother with lifts, bands and body weight training. We use principals of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for assistance in helping clients feel fluid and develop 360 body awareness. Great for mental clarity and anyone that needs rhythm

6Thursday     5:30PM-6:15PM

Thursday- “Sustained Superman/Superwoman Confidence”- This workout will gives us the feeling of supreme confidence through the weekend because of the types of lifts. This is a full body and mind blaster that will test any individual. After this workout clients understand why we call it the Sustained Superman/Superwoman Confidence Workout, awesome after effects

 

Sat           7:45-830am

Sat- “Smooth with Swag Workout”- This workout is a blend of lifts, Tai Chi, Gi Gong and bodyweight training that gives us a feeling of becoming smoother in movements along with having a strong swagger feeling, which is a really cool after effect. This workout also gives tremendous amount of natural energy for weekend fun

Pay per class $20 by appointment only

1 Class per week $99 Monthly

Unlimited Classes per week $129 Monthly

 

 

The Art of Strength offers private training sessions along with small group sessions Monday through Sunday, however we don’t take walk ins for classes or private sessions, we are appointment based only, so either call or email to get started.

Private sessions last 45 minutes per session and are 100% based on the individual needs and restrictions of the client.
